On Saturday, November 11, we are hosting our annual Cardiology Day. We will have a Board Certified Cardiologist providing free screening tests and exams, including heart disease risk assessments and cholesterol checks. In addition, this year we are providing free Diabetes screening tests and dietary education. We look forward to the opportunity to care for you!
